1. Business Hours

Our business opening hours are from 08.00 to 17:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday, and 08:30 to 16:30 on Saturday's. If you require help or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone on 01709 820547 / 07803 190209 or by email at enquiries@johnsautorepairs.co.uk.

2. Method of Payment

Payment can be made by personal Cheque (will require a cheque guarantee card), Bank Draft or Cash. Please make payable to "John's Auto Repairs".

3. Value added tax

All advertised prices exclude the current UK rate of VAT (17.5%).

4. Satisfaction guaranteed

If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied, please return within 14 days in the original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase with your reason for return. Providing the goods are undamaged and in a resaleable condition, we will exchange or refund your money.

Special orders of non-stocked items are exempted from this policy and will attract a handling charge.

Please be aware that we do not pay any carriage charges involved in returning goods.

5. Warranties

All parts are covered by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of extreme urgency. Where necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report.

Johns Auto Repairs can assume no responsibility for misuse or incorrect application by the user.

Johns Auto Repairs will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting costs involved in warranty items.
